You know those awkward times in between seasons where the temperature decides to have mood swings and changes about 20 or so degrees within a day, leaving you utterly confused on how to dress? Yeah weeell I feel like we have quite a few of them both in Oklahoma and Chicago! The temperature has been rather chilly lately, but not so much that I have to be swallowed by a winter coat, so instead I find warmth in layers!

Also, I don't know if you have heard, but yesterday the world tragically lost Nelson Mandela, a hero and inspiration to millions around the globe. Although he is no longer with us physically, his spirit lives on in everyone around the world fighting for peace, love, and justice. Mr. Mandela, you will be missed but not forgotten. I leave you with two of my favorite quotes of his:
"No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin, or his background, or his religion. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite."
"We can change the world and make it a better place. It is in your hands to make a difference."
