"We're actually from Saudi Arabia!"
"I work at Zara, which is a fast-fashion brand. I don't know a lot about ethical options, but I think the biggest reason people don't shop at ethical brands as much is because they aren't always the most affordable option. Or at least, I don't know of many affordable ethical brands."
"I actually hand-made all of my jewelry!"
P.S. Ella's work is really beautiful (& local & ethical!) and I really suggest taking a peek at her collection!

Also you might have noticed that I sort of had gone missing for a week (my apologies!) but if you follow me on snapchat (@hodakay) then you probably already know that I had locked myself in the library to catch up on classwork as part of a week-long plan once a quarter to finally be a good student.
But that week is now over so we're back in business! Lookout for some exciting projects/collaborations coming your way!
"Streetstyle" is a new(ish) and growing section on JooJoo Azad dedicated to using the language of fashion to connect with, be inspired from, discuss issues with, and learn about people around the world.
