Constructed from eco leather and hand-loomed ikat fabric, this fair-trade black clutch is not only aesthetically pleasing, it also supports artisans in India economically & help to preserve an important cultural art form.
Don't you love when it all comes together so nicely?

Traditional tanning methods typically use hazardous chemical compounds that devastate the surrounding environment's air, water, and land, but at Accompany, they are dedicated to sustainable and environmentally-friendly production methods. Aka eco leather, the brain-child of the Craft Resource Center, Fair Trade Netherlands, and The European Fair Trade Association, which is bio-degradable (!) and tanned without the use of azo dyes & other horrible, chemical synthetic dyes!

This baby can comfortably fit standard-sized moleskin notebooks, your phone, a wallet, a mini stick of rose perfume, business cards, a few pens, sunglasses, and keys--so basically, what I always carry with me. Add pomegranate cheesecake ice cream, a baby bird, my camera, my setar and violin, and a succulent and that's just about everything you need in life. So, this clutch can basically carry almost half of my life. Impressive.

P.S. Closing up the Islam Q&A soon so be sure to get in your questions! Don't let the media pick your enemies and heroes for you~

P.P.S If I don't see you again (either on snapchat (@hodakay) / twitter (@hodakatebi) / or insta (@hodakatebi)) before the 25th, I wish all of my friends who celebrate a Merry Christmas! xx
(Oh and P.P.P.S, no, I don't celebrate Christmas (although I really love seeing all the lights + decorations!).  Here's why.)
